Visiting our offices and accessing our services during the COVID-19 pandemic response period

Thursday, 2 April 2020

Our Vision is to have thriving communities in which each person can achieve their full potential.  Our Purpose is to provide services to empower our clients to live with choice and opportunity.

At Centacare, we remain committed to our Vision and Purpose.  The Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated us to adjust the way in which we continue to provide our services, while doing all we can to ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and communities.  We are also committed to doing our part in preventing and stopping the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19.

We have implemented a range of preventative measures for our staff as well as our clients and visitors.  Where appropriate and possible, we are providing services to our clients over the phone and via video technology, and will continue to do so.  We are also continuing with scheduled appointments where required, while adhering to physical (social) distancing and other necessary preventative measures.

Our clients, new and existing, will continue to receive services.  The majority of our staff are working remotely, with a small staff presence in some of our offices.

Our current office arrangements and contact details are as follows:

When visiting our Family Relationship Centre, you will notice that we request that you remain behind the service line to ensure a healthy physical (social) distance and to use the hand sanitizer provided.  If you are unwell, we request that you telephone us to make alternative arrangements rather than visiting our offices or attending a scheduled appointment.

We encourage all our clients, community members and our service partners to stay up-to-date with the latest information.  Please visit the following:
